If you ever end up going to cancun, Mexico you should probably stay at the Omni because it is right on the beach and has huge and many pools inside and outside. It is pretty price though.
Another hotel I think you should stay in if you ever go would be the Ambiance Villas. It has a huge pool in is right up against the beach. It also has a big room as you can see below and the hootel itself is pretty nice.
